Returns & Refunds Policy
At OrbitCup, we stand behind the quality of our products. Standard OrbitCup products are eligible for returns within 14 days of delivery and are covered by a 3-month warranty for defects or damage not caused by the user, subject to the conditions below.
Items in the Merch collection are made to order through Printful and follow the separate Made-to-Order Merch Policy below.
Return Eligibility for Standard OrbitCup Products (14 days)
To be eligible for a return, standard OrbitCup products must:
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Include proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Made-to-Order Merch Policy
Merch items are made to order through Printful. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, Merch items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size, or incorrect color. Please review product details and size charts carefully before ordering.
If a Merch item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at returns@orbitcupbowling.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. If the issue is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please do not return the item unless we provide instructions.
Custom Jerseys and Personalized Items
Custom jerseys and other personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, sizing, or customer-provided personalization errors.
If a custom jersey or personalized item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or does not match the personalization included with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery at returns@orbitcupbowling.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. If the issue is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please do not return the item unless we provide instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Used, damaged, or modified items, unless covered under warranty
- Custom or special-order items
- Final-sale or clearance items
- Made-to-order Merch items, except where they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect
- Custom jerseys and personalized items, except where they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or do not match the personalization included with the order
Warranty Coverage for Standard OrbitCup Products (3 Months)
Standard OrbitCup products are covered by a 3-month warranty for material or manufacturing defects, functional issues, or structural failure under normal use.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper storage
- Modifications
- Exposure to moisture, chemicals, or extreme conditions
Return & Warranty Claim Process
For 14-Day Returns of Standard OrbitCup Products
- Email returns@orbitcupbowling.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Ship the item as instructed. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund, excluding original shipping costs, within 5–7 business days.
For Warranty Claims on Standard OrbitCup Products
Email returns@orbitcupbowling.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect or damage. If the issue is covered, we will provide a replacement product at no charge or a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
