Returns & Refunds Policy

At OrbitCup, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy and a 3-month warranty for defects or damage not caused by the user under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility (14-Day Policy)

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Returns must include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • We do not accept returns for items that show signs of use, damage, or modification.

Warranty Coverage (3-Month Policy for Manufacturer Defects)

We offer a 3-month warranty on OrbitCup products for defects or damage not caused by the user. This includes:

✔ Material or manufacturing defects
âś” Issues affecting product functionality
âś” Structural failure under normal use

Warranty Exclusions

❌ Normal wear and tear
❌ Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper storage
❌ Exposure to moisture, chemicals, or extreme conditions

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items (unless covered under warranty)
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance

Return & Warranty Claim Process

For 14-Day Returns:

  1. Contact Us – Email returns@orbitcupbowling.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Instructions – If approved, we’ll provide return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Item – You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Inspection & Refund – Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs) within 5-7 business days.

For Warranty Claims (Within 3 Months):

  1. Contact Us – Email returns@orbitcupbowling.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect or damage.
  2. Approval & Resolution – If the issue is covered under warranty, we will offer:
    • A replacement product (free of charge) OR
    • A refund if a replacement is unavailable
  3. Shipping & Processing – If a return is required, we will provide further instructions.
